What happens?

As with wine, chocolate beans acquire a taste from their surroundings, so a South American bean would tast different even if it came from the same country!

This fun tasting experience will teach you about the origins of chocolate and the processes involved in turning it into the delicacy we unwrap with delight! Our expert chocolateer will then take you through which tastes you can expect to get from the different regions and how one may favour your particular taste over another.
