Andy O'CallaghanAndy was awarded a BA Degree in Physical Education and Business Management & Administration from Leeds University in 1990.
After graduating, Andy spent two years teaching physical education and English as a foreign language in Madrid, Spain.
On his return to the UK, Andy spent 12 years in the Private Health Club sector (including experience at management level in Esporta, David Lloyd Leisure and Fitness First), managing teams as diverse as Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Food and Beverage and Reception, which has given Andy an invaluable insight into team dynamics and leadership.
Andy has experiencial facilitation accreditation through both Mta International and Sundial Teamscapes as well as being an Accredited Belbin and SDI Facilitator. Andy also has an ILM Leadership award and is a founding member of the International Team Building Association.
Since setting up Teambuilding Solutions, Andy has worked over the past 5 years with a number of companies, advising them on change management, leadership, integration and team dynamics, as well as managing over 300 events for one of the UK's leading teambuilding companies.

Pete Stacey JacksonCombining his skills and experience in leadership and management together with a passion for team working, it seems natural for Pete to be helping others to gain the most from their teams.
Pete’s ability to adapt and think not just outside the box, but inside as well has helped Pete to have a greater insight into the mechanics of a team. Pete has worked with the top facilitators in their field on programs such as Belbin, SDI and Myers Briggs.
Pete has a great ability to be able to look at groups’ team role requirements and produce team building activities which uniquely address their needs by helping them to demonstrate the various differences and qualities within their team.
Pete is also an accredited Sundial Teamscapes Facilitator.

Gillian Stewart
Using a range of learning styles and psychological models, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gillian works with teams to improve their performance and effectiveness whilst enhancing leadership skills.
Gillian encourages a collaborative approach as people work together; discovering the differences that can help or hinder a positive working relationship. By using good communication, observation and feedback, people’s potential is unlocked by recognising, valuing and working with these differences. By helping people in teams to motivate each other (using enjoyable experiential activities and positive influencing skills) everyone takes ownership of their learning, as they build their strengths and develop areas for improvement in practical, realistic ways.
Her management experience as Director of an outdoor centre and as a senior teacher means that Gillian understands the practical challenges faced by managers and teams. Gillian now runs her own learning and development consultancy, Living Life Learning. She offers both indoor and outdoor programmes that are designed, developed and delivered in consultation with her clients to meet their objectives and lead to changed behaviours in the work-place.

She has done doctoral work at the University of South Florida and has been an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton, Wright State University, Sinclair Community College and Antioch University McGregor.
