So, How Does The Bigger Picture Team Building Activity Work?

Teams are tasked with creating a new work of art in this new teambuilding activity. When you decide on your Bigger Picture event, we will discuss your objectives and key messages and decide on a suitable painting together.

Then, on the day, teams are given canvases on which they must re-create sections of the chosen painting. At the end of the activity, the sections are put together to reveal the final image.

Harder than it sounds, you'll soon realise with the help of your experienced facilitator that communication and a focus on the 'bigger picture' rather than individual performance is the key!

Each member of the group must be aware of their team-mates' progress so that when all of the pieces come together at the end of the session they form a cohesive and fluid whole.

Teams must work together during this activity to ensure that all the sections match up to produce a painting they can be really proud of.
