Each team will build a Lego floor for your new Corporate Identity Tower. The team will have to name their floor, (from one of the building sections detailed by us), and outline what it represents to the future of the company.
Benefits
Communication Collaboration
So, How Does Building For The Future Work?
Once they have chosen their floor and a few key words about what it symbolises, a team member will pass this on to one of the facilitators who will include it in a Powerpoint presentation that will be used when each floor is added to the build so that everyone in the room can see what it represents.
The Build
Detailed plans will be provided to each team for their section of the build and they will be told what floor number they are building; it will be up to the teams to organise themselves in the right order when the build starts.
Some teams will have different colour bricks to start with and will have to obtain them from the other teams, for example clear window bricks, green bricks and so on. The idea is to encourage the teams to talk and collaborate from the start.
Important information will also be passed to some teams, but not all. For example, a team may have an instruction that has a building regulation attached stating that all green walls must face south or that all windows must be north-facing.
A challenging collaborative project that will test the teams comminication and team working capabilities.
