The Sailing Team Building Event is a unique and thrilling team building activity that has teams placed onto a Sailing Yacht in the Solent where they receive training. Once training os over, it’s over to a Regatta where teams compete against each other in thrilling races.
The Sailing Team Building Event is generally based on The Solent with our boats being available in either The Hamble or Lymington. The first part of the day is taken up with training so that the Crew gets to understand the main principles of Sailing and to understand who does what on the boat and how to get the best out of it. It’s then over to a location on The Isle of Wight for a nice lunch. Then it’s back onto the water and time to put the crew to the test with a Regatta to find out which boat is fastest.

The popularity of Sailing Team Building Events do, for obvious reasons. Peak in the Summer months. Weather is an important consideration with Sailing Events as the sea can be very unforgiving. Rest assured that if you are out on the water on one of our events, the proper risk assessments have been undertaken to ensure a safe experience.

If you only have a small team, our Sailing Event may be the perfect solution. Our boats take around 6 - 9 people (depending on the size of the boat) so you can just take one boat out and have a great Sailing experience.
We can scale up a lot of our activities and we can get a large number of boats to cater for hundreds of people at the same time making the activity great for large groups. We do require plenty of notice for this to happen so that we can book the boats well in advance to guarantee large numbers.
We have boats based in The Hamble and Lymington, (Hampshire), giving you access to the best sailing location in the UK. We can also arrange for Sailing Events in Europe too giving you an almost guaranteed sunny experience at the right time of year!
