So How Does Our Musical Team Building Work?
The Song Creation Day
The Song Creation Day is one of our most exciting experiences! Teams of individuals will be taken out of their corporate zone to learn and create basic chords and rhythms on a variety of instruments, from the Guitar, to the Drumkit and Keyboard in order to create their own team song.
Individuals will be expected to work as a team to develop their song with structure and melodies, which they will then perform together as a band.
The Covers Band Experience
The Covers Band experience is another of our most exciting experiences, which involves similar approaches to The Song Creation Day however, the team will learn and perform a No. 1 hit!
Like the song creation day, individuals will learn and create basic chords and rhythms on a variety of instruments and be expected to work as a team to develop their song with a clear structure, which they will then perform together as a band.
Battle of the Brands
The Battle of the Brands experience is a concept that acknowledges the natural desire to compete. Through our experience, we have identified that every one of us enjoy some level of competition, especially those at a corporate level.
Every organisation that takes part in the Keynote Teambuilding band experience can choose to take part in our annual league table. Scores will be given to final team performances, which will then be entered into the Battle of the Brands League. The winning organisations at the end of the year will receive prizes to help motivate, evolve and succeed.
Sing & Inspire!
This fantastic session will transform your workforce into a 3 or 4 part harmony choir! Sounds scary? Can't sing? Don't worry, ask anyone who's sung in a choir and they will tell you that it is all about teamwork and less about the music!
This session is all about different people with different voices all pulling in one direction where it's all about complementing each other with our different styles. What our inspirational team are great at is organising all the individual skills and harnessing your collective strength and pulling them together in pursuit of a common goal - great sounding music in this case!
You can even to one step further and create your own work based choir with weekly meetings if you want to really take the plunge!
