Andy was awarded a BA Degree in Physical Education and Business Management & Administration from Leeds University in 1990. After graduating, Andy spent two years teaching physical education and English as a foreign language in Madrid, Spain. On his return to the UK, Andy spent 12 years in the Private Health Club sector (including experience at management level in Esporta, David Lloyd Leisure and Fitness First), which has given Andy an invaluable insight into team dynamics and leadership.
Andy has experiencial facilitation accreditation through both Mta International and Sundial Teamscapes as well as being an Accredited MBTI, Belbin and SDI Facilitator. Andy also has an ILM Leadership award and is a founding member of the International Team Building Association. Since setting up Teambuilding Solutions, Andy has worked over the past 15 years with a number of companies, advising them on change management, leadership, integration and team dynamics, as well as managing thousands of events for one of the UK's leading teambuilding companies.
In addition to these skills, Andy is also a highly experienced and qualified Archery Coach.

You'll be in good hands with Danae as she's also instructed (Qualified as an Archery Instructor!) or event managed on all our events, so she really can speak about them with authority!
Ryan Hibber-Walsh in our new Creative Operations Director and brings over 10 years experience in the Team Building Events Indusrty with him.
Highly personable and a flair for creative thinking, Ryan is a great asset to the team. His wealth of experience - he can literally instruct anything and, as with the rest of the team, is a qualified Archery Instructor - will ensure the smooth running of our events and provide a great experience for our clients.
We will also be making the most of his creative side to develop new events in the coming months!
Tom is the baby of the team, but also the tallest! As an Activity Instructor, Tom has lots of great experience and is currently a full time student studying for a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (Outdoor Adventure).
His great passions are downhill mountain biking and skiing, but has great enthusiasm for all sports and is dedicated to helping teams achieve their potential.
Our most recently qualified Archery GB Instructor, this has added another string to his bow!
