Our signature Chocolate Making Team Building activity is a perfect example of where education melts seamlessly with creativity. You will learn how to make the perfect Belgium Truffles with your very own individual touches!
Duration 1 - 5 hours
Group Size 5 - 200 People
Location Nationwide
Benefits Teamwork
So, How Does Chocolate Making Work?
After a brief introduction and history of chocolate, our chocolate expert will then give a demonstration of what you will be expected to do:
How to make a Chocolate Gnash (nothing to do with false teeth!)
How to Temper Chocolate (give it a nice shine!)
How to make Belgium Truffles (yum!)
How to flavour your Truffles (yes, you can use alcohol (supplied!))
How to cover your Chocolates with the choice of a variety of toppings (yes, we do have 'Hundreds and Thousands'!)
It's then time to get your hands onto (and usually into!) the chocolate. However, there are other elements that can be brought in to ensure the team building element isn't forgotten completely!
Challenges
The great thing with this activity is that it combines a number of key skills that need to be utilised by each team. The key attributes for success are Innovation and Inventiveness, Organisation and Planning and Teamwork and Cohesiveness. If all these come together, then the team can thrive on the challenges set.
Take home
Another important aspect of this chocolate event is that you also get to take away the chocolates that you make! We also supply attractive bags for you to impress your nearest and dearest with.
Extra tasks can include for a full day team building event:
Design and decorate your own chocolate box
Devise a business plan in order to market and sell your chocolates
Present a short marketing presentation to our panel
Try to gain approval for your concept
Survive the taste test from our experts
