So, How Do Rage Buggies Work?
These single seater off-road buggies are incredible fun. We set you out a twisty course to test your speed and skill, you provide the bravado!
The session begins with your instructor giving you a quick safety brief to run through the controls. He will also give you some tips on braking points and how to get the most out of the Rage's potential on the track you face.
You will then head off for some practice laps. If you have listened to the advice and mastered the course, your lap times should reflect well against the rest of your group. This is always where it gets competitive as you can see how you're doing against the rest of the group!
Remember, it is a team activity so where we have multiple teams the team average is taken. This helps promotes communication within the team as it's in the faster drivers interest to pass down any tips to slower colleagues.
We can also add an extra element - the Le Mans start! Each driver changeover is included in the teams overall time. This promotes teamwork as colleagues are responsible for helping drivers in and out of the vehicle. Safety belts also need to be adjusted so that safety protocols are adhered to so each driver will be checked by the pit-lane marshall. A great way to add that little extra dimension to this fun filled activity.
