So, How Does The Great English Afternoon Tea Work?
Our chef will go through the essential skills needed to bake a cake and give a few hints and tips. Then it's down to the guests to create a small selection of tasty treats for our chef to test at the end of the session and give a critique. Participants will be judged not only on flavour but texture and decoration too.
Will the guests have the perfect crumb or will it be a baking disaster?!
Other tasks can include:
Design and decorate your own box.
Devise a business plan in order to market and sell your Afternoon Tea Experience.
Present a short marketing presentation to our panel of experts.
Try to gain approval for your concept from your colleagues.
Survive the taste test from our experts.
A great Company Away Day activity that requires creativity, flair and a certain amount of following instructions if one of the teams are going to walk away with The Great English Afternoon Tea title!
