So, How Does Sushi Making Work?
This fun and informative Sushi Making Teambuilding event is a great way to challenge your team.
Teams are given a demonstration on general kitchen skills, how to make sushi and a small amount of history by our Master Chef. With some idea's of the sushi dishes that can be prepared using the facilities and ingredient at hand, teams will be sent to their tables to begin testing their hand at the art of Sushi Making.
Teams begin with the most basic of skills - cooking the rice! Often overlooked, this will either set your Sushi up to be either great or grotty!.
The teams are then tasked with deciding on their sushi creations. All the teams must then prepare, cook and serve their sushi dish to themselves and crucially, to our master chef who will decide on the best show of sushi making skills. Presentation is everything with this activity and the final place should look as good as it tastes!
