So, How Does The Dragon's Den Team Building Activity Work?

The format of the Dragon's Den activity is extremely flexible. You can select having to prepare a pitch about a random gadget they are given or to come up with new innovations in their own work environment. This is a great activity to help stimulate innovation in a fun and exciting environment free from the constraints of the real workplace.

Team's will not only have to think creatively, but also come up with some sound business reasoning to support it - from production costs to marketing the teams must consider all angles if they are to pass the test in front of The Dragon's!

They are also required to prepare a 30 second advert to support their product or innovation. We provide the teams with an iPad (fancy dress costumes are optional!) and they use a movie making programme to film and edit their ad to support their pitch.

You could link your Dragon's Den Challenge to any of our food and drink events or other activities such as Ceramic Designs.

We can scale up a lot of our team building activities and the Dragon’s Den activity is scalable to cater for hundreds of people at the same time. We do require plenty of notice for this to happen so that we can book the facilitators well in advance to guarantee large numbers.
