Raft building is a fantastic teambuilding activity. Every member of the team is responsible for creating a raft that will keep its passengers dry. The raft acts as a great metaphor for teamwork, if one component comes loose the whole structure will fall apart!!

A raft-building challenge will be broken down into the following elements:
Attend safety brief and basic tuition
Select the team and team leader
Design the raft on paper
Build your raft given a limited time and using teamwork
Take part in a race or treasure hunt challenge
Improve and modify the raft ready for a second challenge
Race and try to stay dry!!!
