The Event:
An exciting team building opportunity for your team to become rocket scientists! With just a few chosen materials and tools the team will have to build their very own working rocket. The heat is on as teams test their creations and see who's travels furthest!
So, How Does Reach For The Stars Work?
This construction based teambuilding activity is perfect for team development, as well as being a lot of fun, as teams are given the basics they need to build their own self-propelled working rocket. We suggest doing it in a half day segment where the team splits into groups responsible for the different aspects of the task - a great metaphor on how teams work back in the workplace.
