With six rooms available to hire, each with their own individual character and style, Rhinefield House is the ideal venue for conferences, meetings, training and team building activities, offering delegates a welcome haven away from the office. The only distraction is the inspirational backdrop of Nature itself with Giant Redwoods, New Forest ponies, deer and even pigs roaming nearby in the autumn months (they are released to eat the acorns which are poisonous to the ponies). There is also ample outdoor space available for events including motorised activities, laser clay shooting and archery to name but a few.
Although it may feel like you’ve stepped back in time, Rhinefield House Hotel has a foot firmly in the 21st century when it comes to technology. Drop down projectors, wireless printers and presentation aids and WiFi are all available, with a dedicated staff member to make sure your event runs smoothly.
Residential delegates can dine in the splendid Armada fine dining restaurant (awarded two AA rosettes) or The Grill, a less formal setting, with views of the ornamental ponds. The intricately designed, ornate Alhambra Room, inspired by the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain, can also be hired for private occasions and is the jewel in Rhinefield’s crown.
All rooms are light and airy overlooking the hotel’s forest grounds. Hurst Castle room is particularly impressive, with floor to ceiling windows offering fantastic views of the forest. It's also a perfect setting for our All for One, Countdown or Krypton Maze events.
Rhinefield House is a perfect base for treasure hunts in the surrounding New Forest with Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary, Knightwood Oak (the largest and most famous oak tree in the forest) and Blackwater Arboretum with the amazing Tall Trees Trail just minutes away.
Keepers Room is small and intimate so would be perfect for our mobile Escape Room!
Or you can use the smaller rooms for break-out groups or team theory, leadership, communication or behaviour analysis profile workshops such as Belbin, MBTI, or SDI.
